Bloxburg High School (abbreviated as Bloxburg High in this article) is a public high school located in the central Los Angelox County city of Bloxburg, a metropolis in the center of the Bloxburg metropolitan area in Bloxburg Valley. Bloxburg High is the only school in the historic downtown and has its own unified school district; it has no counterpart. The school is the district's newest educational facility, having opened in September 27, 2025 to new students, sophomores, juniors, and seniors; Bloxburg High's first students will graduate at the end of the 2028–29 school year. Bloxburg High is yet to be recognized as a Bloxburg Valley Distinguished School. The school is currently employing janitors and teachers.
Perhaps the weirdest policies in the school is that the school uses an experience system as a grading policy system and as a barrier to the next class standing; 50 experience gives the robloxian sophomore standing, 125 experience gives the robloxian junior standing, 250 experience gives the robloxian senior standing, and 375 experience is needed to receive a high school diploma. Each course grade grants at most 12.5 experience for new students, 18.75 experience for sophomores, and 31.25 experience for juniors and seniors. All Robloxians can get experience regardless of their grade on the class. Experience is usually linked to school credits, which is a in-campus currency that can be used in the student store.
History:
Prior to grand opening:
Prior to the grand opening and formal establishment of the Bloxburg High, since November 4, 2014 and until September 27, 2025, the historic downtown Bloxburg area had no public high school. The prior public high school was demolished on November 4, 2014 when the city hall building supplanted its location by exercising eminent domain. The exercise of eminent domain in this area was controversial, as many Robloxian high school students had their education suspended. Protests broke out briefly until one realized that the city hall would serve as a excellent high school location, thus, they used the area as a high school. Eventually, the city hall "school" evolved to become more representative of all grades. On April 1, 2022, Coeptus, the incumbent mayor of Bloxburg, in a funny joke, decided to turn the city hall into a school in Bloxburg, only to realize that the school was not an actual school; it was a quest disguised as a school that Robloxians can get trophies from if they complete the quest. Some criticized Coeptus for the joke due to it being unfunny, but were relieved to see the city hall reverted on April 2, 2022. Others said that Coeptus deserved to make that funny joke since he knows the importance of a school in Bloxburg.
Later, as the city hall was replaced with a town center building on June 30, 2025, there was still no high school in Bloxburg, and the symbolic protests continued in Bloxburg. Finally, on early September 2025, Coeptus II folded and eventually decided to hire an independent separate construction team to plan, design, and build the high school. It had finally taken approximately 11 years, but it was worth it in the end, when the school was finished on September 27, 2025. However, opponents criticized Coeptus II's slow reaction time, to which Coeptus II said Coeptus and Coeptus II were to blame for the delays in listening to the citizens. The town center was now devoid of any symbolic protesting activity (usage of the town center building as a school), and all students in grades 9-12 now visit the school rather than the town center building.
The First Academic Year (2025-2026)
The first academic year was fraught with adversity, but nonetheless, the school persisted nonetheless. On October 29, 2025, at 19:00, during a school night in the auditorium, the school received its first shooting. As a result, the school began to temporarily tighten security, with metal detectors and bodyguards being placed on all entrances and close areas, including the school's auditorium, cafeteria, and stadium. All temporary changes done to the school were reverted on December 29, 2025. Despite enhancements made to security and closures made to school areas, some students, convinced that they "went to hell" that fateful day of the shooting, ultimately were enrolled in another high school as they simply were too traumatized to visit the Bloxburg High School again, declining the school's enrollment in the middle of the academic year.
Facility
The large, two-story brick building with rows of windows on both floors was meant to accomodate students and employees. The central entrance has a staircase leading to double doors. The campus is surrounded by a brick fence and includes trees, benches, light posts, and pathways. In front of the building, there are three school signs near the entrances, four parking lots, and a gazebo on the lawn. Behind the building, there is a large football and track field.
Employment
Teachers are responsible for various tasks in a classroom of students. Classroom 206 on the upstairs left side of the school which has a sign that says TEACHER outside is famously known for being a training classroom for new teachers with simulated students.
Janitors are responsible for cleaning up messes and graffiti around the school. Their workplace is the janitor's closet in the school's main lobby.
Academic Curriculum:
Bloxburg High offers a curriculum where students are required to take four years of science, four years of language, four years of art, and four years of gym. Each class is managed by one of four academic departments, those being the science, language, art, and gym departments. All four departments will be experienced by students before the end of their senior year, as all of those classes are mandatory for graduation. Each academic department is headed by a department chair, with Science being headed by Dr. Newtonia, Language being headed by Ms. Lingua, Art being headed by Ms. Doodleworth, and Gym being headed by Mr. Sprinton. Each department chair has their own office, which doubles as a classroom: Dr. Newtonia's office is at Classroom 202, Ms. Lingua's office is at Classroom 201, Ms. Doodleworth's office is at Classroom 103, and Mr. Sprinton's office at Classroom 100. There are plans to teach specialized courses in specialized academic departments.
Upon finishing senior year, robloxians will receive a high school diploma.
Grading System:
Every class uses a letter grade system of F through A+, which corresponds to rewarded experience towards graduation. Letter grades are entered at the end of the school year.
| Grade | Experience of max experience |
|---|---|
| A+ | 100% |
| A | 90-100% |
| B | 80-90% |
| C | 70-80% |
| D | 60-70% |
| F | 0-60% |
Locker Policy
Robloxians can also customize their lockers at Bloxburg High by first claiming one in the hallways on either floor. Lockers are not permanent and can be swapped at any time. After claiming a locker, robloxians can customize and personalize their locker; school rules prohibit the customization and personalization of other student lockers. School rules only permit the customization and personalization of the four locker elements:
- Big Slot (middle shelf decorations)
- Small Slot (top and bottom shelf decorations)
- Door Slot (locker door decorations)
- Color/Texture (locker color and texture)
Student Life:
Cafeteria
The cafeteria in the Bloxburg High is an excellent place to get to know student life in this high school. It has hard chairs, tasty snacks and plenty of chatter. Many robloxians hang out, study, and plot their next adventure over fries here. Occasionally, a food fight might break out, where pizza slices would soar through the air, fries would twirl like confetti, and chaos would be on the menu. It would also be where food fight legends are served fresh. As rare as food fights, the cafeteria also has a glitz and glam event at night, where the lights in the cafeteria would twinkle and the speakers would play dreamy music, turning the space into a place to dance the night away. Many robloxians would dress up and pair up to twirl, laugh, and make high school memories during such events.
Auditorium
The auditorium in the Bloxburg High is a simple stage for big moments, where robloxians sing, act, or stumble. The stage student organization would host five events through the school year on the auditorium, including:
- Fairytale Fantasy: Fairy dust and castles comprise the setting of this event. The cast members include a princess, daring knight, and a fearsome dragon.
- Mystic Forest: A foggy river, glowing fireflies, and a quiet campsite under the trees comprise the setting of this event. The story essentially is a magical woodland tale.
- Rock the Stage: A loud concert with neon lights and booming speakers, starring the school's band and solos.
- Desert Camp: A lot of crackling campfires and a wide-open sky with stars resemble prairie life and comprise the setting of this event. The props include dusty boots, while the script includes cowboy songs interspersed with stories.
- Celebration: The auditorium is an traditional location to toss one's cap high for graduates to applause and photos. Balloons and banners would be on the stage.
Stadium
The stadium in the Bloxburg High is a Robloxian football stadium, complete with yard lines and goalposts. Usually, Bloxburg High's Robloxian football team will huddle up, charge forward, celebrate touchdowns, and clash helmets here.
During commencement, the stadium becomes festively decorated with seats full of cheering friends and family. Alternatively, it can be used for assemblies or big school events.
Student Store
There exists a student store in Bloxburg High where one can buy backpacks and decorations for their lockers. The store only accepts school credits.
Extracurricular Activities
Clubs and Publications
The clubs of Bloxburg High include band (playing musical instruments) and stage activities (stage). The band student organization's instrumentation comprises of a piano, drums, a guitar, and a bass.
Sports
Bloxburg High fields one all-gender sports team, namely its Robloxian football team. Bloxburg High's Robloxian football team is yet to participate in a Robloxian football league.
Criticism:
Bloxburg High has been criticized by the Bloxburg Valley Department of Education for not adhering to recommendations made by them. Specifically, in Science, they found out that robloxians were completing different experiments such as picking a chemistry station and mixing colors to get a certain color shown at the projector screen thrice as well as balancing the scales by adding or removing weights until it is balanced thrice; in Language, robloxians were completing various sentences by clicking on the pictures on their computers, especially when the pictures chosen always follow a pattern like this: "The <animal> <sense> at a <food> at the <place>."; in Art, robloxians were making clay objects, which are randomly picked by firing it in the pottery kiln, applying the instructed pattern, then giving it to the teacher, and in Gym, robloxians were picking up basketballs and throwing it into a moving hoop. The Bloxburg Valley Department of Education is yet to discredit the high school diplomas received by students due to the simplicity of the classes.
Fun Facts:
- According to lilmahrii, a separate construction team not associated with the Coffee Stained Republic was brought in to plan, design, and execute the building project that would become the school.
- On the scoreboard at the football and track field, it can be seen that Pizza Planet and Blox Burgers are sponsors for Bloxburg High's Robloxian football games, as their logos are displayed on it.
