The First Blau Hotel and Resort was built in 2018 and was later overhauled on April 10, 2020. The hotel and resort was built by two builders. The resort includes a waterpark, which was built by a solo builder.
Second Blau Hotel and Resort
The Second Blau and Hotel Resort is currently open while under construction in 2021, meaning that the hotel isn't fully completed as of now and infrastructural failures can be encountered. It is expected to be completed in 2021. Furthermore, Robloxians have to charge a one-time premium of 150 ROBUX, though the more unstable the infrastructure gets, the premium will most likely be higher. This premium will be removed when it is fully completed. Currently, 5 builders are building.
