Bernard County (formerly: Roalbany County) is a county in the state of New Bloxia, Robloxia. The county seat and largest city is Roalbany, which is also the state capital of New Bloxia. As originally established by a government in the colonial era, Bernard County had an indefinite amount of land, but has had kept its area since March 3, 1888. The county is named for the Duke of Bloxia and of Bernard, who became a king.

Bernard was one of the twelve original counties of colonial New Bloxia as established by the governor in the late 1600's.
Bernard is one of a handful of counties that opted to charge a tax or fee on the paper bags that stores will offer in lieu of plastic, which are outlawed in New Bloxia.
