Base 39 is a military base established by the Robloxian Military as a temporary measure against furry immigrants in Riot Post 13. It is a medium-guarded base with a hundred guards. It is unknown what country is in the other side of the border, but it is presumably Hokanda. They have made contact with Hokandan Furry Agents 16 times. Base 39's soldiers have killed all the agents without any casualties.As of 2031, AndroidTan and the Robloxian Military General signed an agreement for the dismantlement of Base 39 due to "accidental deaths causing conflicts".
The Robloxian Military reestablished a scout camp to monitor GFAH operations, and all Robloxian Military personnel left Base 39 to join the scout camp, while the Robloxian Military equipment was transferred to the scout camp as well, leaving nothing but an empty lot.
