The Baoji and Aquaria Song Contest (shortly BASC) is an international song contest hosted by the Baoji-Telamon Broadcasting Union (BTBU), in which its members participate. The contest was founded in 1997, and was partially modeled on Bloxvision. 40 countries participate in the Baoji and Aquaria Song Contest. They are divided into four groups in the quarterfinals. Half of the countries advance to the semifinals and then to the final. The number of points is decided by a jury. The individual editions are held in different member countries.
