Baoji City (Telamonian: Kulanakauhale o Baohi) is a developed city located in the Telamon Islands and is the second largest city in the country. It is located on the eastern side of Manakapa. The city holds significant cultural and economic significance, as well as some minor historical significance. It was built in the late 19th century to house displaced robloxians from Baoji and Bloxveld, whose descendants still live in the city today, creating a cultural melting pot. Due to its size, it is the capital of Hillsland Province, most of which is occupied by the city's metropolitan area. The city itself has a population of over 21 million, while the metropolitan area has more than 25 million residents.
