The Baggy Clothing Mandate Executive Order is a rumored nationwide executive order by the United States of Robloxia that many rumors say is planned to be executed out soon. It was leaked from the Robloxian government files by a Ro-Twitter user known only as surreal. As the name already implies, this executive order, when implemented, would make it illegal to wear any clothing that is not baggy, but legal to wear any clothing that is baggy.
The reasoning behind the executive order.

According to the Corporatist Party, which backed the nationwide executive order and even mentioned the executive order indirectly on August 10, 2022, during the 2022 Q2 Robloxia Gross Domestic Product Report, they argued that this executive order is the right direction and a big vision. The Robloxian government also plans to convert all non-baggy clothing into baggy clothing. While the Robloxian government has not expressed a ban on the right for citizens to create their own clothing, the Robloxian government has outlined two clear expectations for implementation of the executive order, with an execution date not even set:
- Robloxians can only make baggy clothing.
- Robloxians can only wear baggy clothing.
It might be possible that sections of the executive order would include a mandate for all robloxians to get an RTHRO genome rather than the R6 and R15 genomes, according to surreal. Arandomfurry mentioned that it is likely that the Robloxian government could pilot an artificial intelligence (AI) model that would help Robloxians generate their appearances. Currently, a survey done by independent studies revealed that a insignificant number of robloxians wear baggy clothing compared to the entire population.
