Axe Industries was made and founded by Johnson Bloxy Axe in 2006 to sell military weapons. It was trying to overcome Victor Industries. It was known for its very controversial "The Axe Mk1" where it would be a copy of an Iron Guardian suit. There was an accidental bomb in 2016 on where the Tovokian Republic sent a massive bomb in orbit to launch down a nearby ocean for testing. It was hijacked. Axe then used Axe MK1 robots to launch out and put the nuke in space, then blow it up.
In 2013, Robert Victor fired a lawsuit on Axe industries to steal one of Robert's secret MK2 Iron Guard. Calvin Caddel followed the request to steal the armor. It was a success. The armor was then turned into "Mark2D" standing for "Mk2 Defender".
In 2016, a massive attack was started by John Axe, and he turned into a purple Iratus.
