Description
Home to white collar professionals such as university staff and government employees, Arcadus County is a quiet suburb comprised mostly of private residences situated on a single block. There are numerous public spaces, such as a park to the east and a small plaza in the south accompanying a statue of a unnamed political figure. The eponymous creek circles around the eastern and southern borders of the map and is lined with dense shrubs or mown grass. A wind farm appears to be situated on the southern bank of the creek, and two roads lead away from the area.
In addition to the uniformed police, there are numerous undercover security personnel stationed throughout the neighborhood.
