Anti Furs Laws, also known as Balima Laws, (Hebrew for Containment) were a form of segregation and Anti-Furry policy in Ro-Kasom. From November 12, 1948, To January 15th, 1990, segregation was enforced between Furries and Ro-Kasomian citizens, the laws also prohibited Furries from getting government jobs, roles in city council, and in police and military. The Balima laws also barred some regions from education of Furries, preventing the learn of literacy, although Ro-Kasom has not made a statement regarding the shutdowns.

The laws were instated on November 12, 1948, signed under an executive order by President David Santana, stating that Furries were "An infection to Robloxian society", the rules were major across Ro-Kasom, as every state had put in the laws, the laws even extended to people with Furry descent, and or people with Furry DNA.

The laws remained popular amongst a majority of Ro-Kasomian citizens up until the late 1980s, where Ro-Kasom portrayed furries as unintelligent, anti-semitic, rude, and person pedophile-like individuals. When it sought international disfavor amongst other nations, Robloxia, and South Bloxveld, had upheld support for the Anti Furs Laws, but as Robloxia moved from segregation, and South Bloxveld's Apartheid system on the fall, in the International Case of Ro-Kasom v. Sternberg, and prior protests from 1988-1989 from Ro-Kasomians, the laws were officially ended by the Ro-Kasom Council on January 15th, 1994.

1948-1950

On November 12, 1948, First President of the Republic of Ro-Kasom, David Santana, met with members of the Supreme Council, regarding furries. Santana had been known for some of writings regarding race, and as well as his beliefs regarding class segregation. However, Santana had a prominent dislike towards Furries, for still reasons unknown. And later, the Supreme Council, alongside President David Santana voted unanimously in favor of segregation between Ro-Kasomians, and Furries. Santana later stated that the segregation weren't meant to last long, but as a way to build up Ro-Kasom early.

From 1948 to 1950, the Anti Furs Laws only affected where furries could live. At the time, furries could only live in designated places for them, usually in the outskirts of the town. Typically, these places were abandoned mental facilities or run-down apartments with pest infestations. Furries were forced to live at these places all day. These places were strictly managed by Ro-Kasomian Police who would go out of there way to kill furries even in the slightest mistake made by a furry.

Some furries had been forcefully deported from major cities, such as Burja, and Murja, in large re-location movements into dry, and or arid regions, which were carried out by the Ro-Kasom Police, who in some cases, would begin large round-ups of furries, and begin driving them out to these arid regions. The regions typically were abandoned and they were also highly polluted so furries could not enjoy anything about the regions. Ro-Kasomian citizens also went out of their way to go to furries houses (who had not been officially taken to these regions), and would forcefully kill them, including furry cubs and pregnant furries.

Furry Relocations (1950-1954)

Between 1950-1967, as the segregations continued, the Ro-Kasomian Secret Police (RKSP) began large-roundup of furries in mostly major Ro-Kasomian Cities, with most taking place within apartment complexes, and suburbs at midnight, in which the RKSP began kicking down doors, and arresting furries, with most not receiving any sort of trial or due process.

Furries would also be put on death trials due to supposed plans to take over the Ro-Kasomian government. This would result in the deaths of over 1,000 furries, including cubs, and would also result in furries being forced to be uneducated, and educating a furry became an offense that could get people death or life in prison.
