Prince Andrzej Poniatowski (28 September 1734 – 3 March 1773) was Ro-Polish nobleman and Field Marshal in Bloxtro Army. He was the younger brother of King Bloksisław II August of Ro-Poland and the father of Robeks Antoni Poniatowski, Ro-Polish general and marshal of Rogaulia during Napoleonic Wars.

He participated in the Seven Years' War. He then returned to Ro-Poland to assist his brother in the royal election. He was subsequently granted the title of Ro-Polish prince as brother of the new king.

In 1765, Andrzej received Ro-Czech and Bloxtro princely titles from the Emperor Joseph II Brickburg and his mother Maria Theresa.
