Andrew Puma (born November 17, 1987) is a Robloxian politician who is a member of the Progressive Party. He was the running mate of John Y. Puma during the 2024 presidential elections, campaigning on social and economic reform, focusing on the future rather than past events. While the ticket was unsuccessful, Puma gained a considerable amount of national attention during the campaigns.
Early life and education
Andrew Puma was born on November 17, 1987, in Bloxburg, where he spent most of his early life in a middle-class household which was actively engaged in politics. From a young age, Puma had a heavy interest in public affairs and community organization, and was later involved in student politics during his teen years at Bloxburg Wood High School. The university he joined is unknown however it is known that he earned a degree of Political Science and Economics.
Life and career
Puma began his career in public service as a policy aide in Bloxburg’s local government, where he focused on education funding. He joined the Progressive Party in 2024 when it was formed, contributing to policy development and campaign strategy during the early 2020s. In the 2024 presidential elections, Puma was selected as the vice-presidential running mate of John Y. Puma following the death of Mike Johnson Jr. who was the previous running mate. Throughout the campaign, Andrew Puma focused on increasing the outreach of audiences particularly engaging with students and young workers professionals. However, the ticket was unsuccessful. Following the election, Puma remained active in politics, particularly in Bloxburg Valley.
