Adopt Me!, also known as Uplift City since its rename in 2021, is a city that was somewhat well known until May 4, 2019, when the city took off by allowing pets into the city; shortly before the repealing of the pet ban, the population was a thousand times less than current, with a peak 1,615.
The metro is 5.7 billion while the downtown population reached a peak 1,615,085 on April 11, 2020. It became the first city in Robloxia to reach a million-downtown population. The Central Bank of Robloxia's datastores crashed due to the overload of people in one area. Travel was prohibited for about fifteen minutes as the issues were fixed. Robloxians had to flee the city before the data was wiped, causing a record-breaking traffic jam to occur on Ro-Route 776. The incident occurred at about 10:00 AM Roblox Standard Time.
A trading house was built on May 31st in an unknown year.
Adopt Me! is home to hundreds of known animal species that are only native to the city, most of the animals are known to hatch from eggs that are either in rotation or for sale without any changes.
Renaming to Uplift City
Adopt Me! renamed to Uplift City in May 10, 2021 after its government association, DreamCraft renamed to Uplift Cities. (Robloxian: Uplift Games).
Crimes
There have been recent scam problems thanks to the trading update, but scams truly skyrocketed when the pet update happened. As of June 15, 2021, the mayor decided to take action by issuing trading licenses and voiding everyone's ability to trade unless they have the license. This mitigated the crime rate, which is now down 15% from the peak of June 14, 2021.
