Administrators are the command backbones of the Insurgency. Their work is top secret and they are genius tactical masterminds for the Insurgency. Thus, they undergo the riskiest tasks in accessing certain files from their enemies, given the Adminstrators' high status in certain locations and organisations.
Background
Administrators were chosen to undergo the Officer candidate training by certain watchful eyes in the Secret Service. Their background is usually full of combat or extensive combat activity while protecting individuals. The minds of the Administrators are brilliant, often compared to that of Napoleon's. They are tactical geniuses and thus plan most operations for the Insurgency. Thus, they have operational command over all grunts and soldiers, including SWAT teams.

Equipment
Compared to other cabinet personnel, these Administrators prefer their Glock 17s over everything else. However in times of desperate need, they are known to wield MP7s as well, given their extensive military training.
