Special Containment Procedures
RSCP-038 is to be contained in a chamber with cameras. No windows should be installed in the chamber, only camera use. If RSCP-038 breaches containment, the entire site should be sent into abandonment mode. If RSCP-038 successfully breaches Site-55, an HID/Tesla Beam is to be activated.
Description
RSCP-038 is a skeletal cartoon-like creature. It can grow up to 6 arms and legs, grow 3 heads/necks, and other strange features. It's skeleton resembles a 1930's cartoon character, a lizard.
