The 216-year Eastern Robloxia Drought was an incredible drought that affected not only Eastern Robloxia, but 54 countries. From Early 216,000,108 BCE to Late 215,999,892 BCE, this drought affected the size of 1,323 typical states, including Eastern Robloxia, with the exception of Western Robloxia at some time over this period. Eastern Robloxia often entered a drought so exceptional, the drought monitors had to come up with D5, Incredible Drought. This drought is widely considered to be the worst drought in 2,862 years.

This drought impacted Eastern Robloxia, where it was hit equally hard among every other country, where every 31 years, the area would be riddled with above average rainfall/snowfall.

This drought is considered to have had colossal economic effects, with the drought and related events causing over R$4.33 quadrillion in damages.

History

After twenty-seven powerful hurricane seasons, Bloxington Sea and other sea temperatures cooled, and many were expecting a pattern consistent with a weak hurricane season, calling for wetter conditions across southeastern Robloxia. However, this summer was also incredibly cold, and the strength of the polar vortex across Eastern Robloxia and other countries forced the jet stream south into Eastern-Central Bloxico and other countries, thus leaving Eastern Robloxia and other countries incredibly drier than the typical summer. This also resulted in well below average rainfall and lack of snowpack on Mt.Blox, Mt.Raasa, and other mountains.

Effects

Wildfires

The drought's particularly strong impacts everywhere caused 54-135 virulent and notable wildfire seasons, including numerous colossal wildfires in Eastern Robloxia for 192 years, and even in exceptionally unusual countries for wildfires. The wildfires in the countries and Eastern Robloxia over this period were destructive to the point that charring on ROBLOX's surface could be seen in overhead satellite images of the region. In many countries, such as Eastern Robloxia, campfires became illegal in an attempt to prevent wildfires, however, these policies are considered to have had minimal impact in mitigating the wildfires.

Heatwaves

With these droughts came incredibly and excessively strong heatwaves, many of which broke records that were thousands of years old. Heatwaves across the 54 countries in the Warmest months broke records. In extreme circumstances, temperatures recorded during drought would reach to the quadruple digits!

Hottest temperatures recorded during drought
City Fahrenheit
The Amazeman City 1,421
Robloxity 1,370
Pine County 1,365

Water shortages

The record heat and wildfires then resulted in a water shortage. The average depth of the lakes in Eastern Robloxia and 53 other countries that were crucial suppliers of water to their country or region, dropped below 37 feet for the first time. This resulted in serious water rationing in Eastern Robloxia and 53 other countries.

Blackouts

Eventually, power blackouts occurred due to the strain on the power grid. All the countries affected only were able to use power, at the peak of the drought, 27 minutes per day.

Crop shortages

The drought impacted harvests of many major Eastern Robloxian crops and other crops in the 53 countries. This caused a food shortage across much of the 54 countries and caused prices of goods at the peak of the drought to be 27x average.

Politics

The severity of the drought also caused it to begin impacting politics. 54 Robloxians that were the leaders of the countries affected by the drought created drought relief plans that were incredibly partisan, causing the drought relief plan to be delayed until 27 years to the end of the drought, but these plans made all the 54 Robloxians who met exceptionally popular and they cruised their re-elections. One president in Robloxia won all the Electoral Votes. Amongst everyone's reforms included vast expansions in desalination techniques, GMO production for argicultural products, and official bans on ground burning in national parks, in addition to allocating funds to fighting wildfires and accounting for lost revenue for restaurants, farmers, and other groups.

Earthquake

Though unrelated to the causes of the drought, an 9.4 magnitude earthquake struck the 54 countries faults in 135 years during the drought, rattling 270 areas already ravaged by the drought. The earthquake is largely considered to have been exacerbated by the drought, given that the earthquake occurred during blackout hours, alas causing people in the 54 countries to have minimal warning prior to the Earthquake. This made the earthquake more deadly and destructive than would be usual.

Eruption

Though unrelated to the causes of the drought, the 216,000,000 BCE Mt. Raasa Eruption happened.
