One of the cities of Brookhaven's most suddenly destructive disasters was a flash flood on November 16th, 2030, caused by a large amount of rainfall.

It was caused by 18 inches of rain falling in the course of a few hours, causing streets to flood and cars to get washed away.

The flooding would continue for hours until it would flow down the valley and leave streets muddy. Brookhaven would also lose its streak of harmless natural disasters.

It would be declared Brookhaven's worst flooding event in the city's history.
