A very powerful bomb cyclone that was in north of Izolirani sent a climate pattern change into Izolirani. On December 25, 2020, 4 PM - December 26, 2020, 12 AM, a band of light to moderate rain moved through Izolirani, resulting in widespread rainfall totals of around a 1/12th of an inch. In December 25, 2020, 8 AM - 4 PM - Christmas day - the cold center of the system moved into Izolirani and mingled with a plume of subtropical moisture pulled in from the ocean, resulting in numerous strong thunderstorms. At around 10:40 AM, a squall line moved into the coast of Izolirani, bringing with it torrential rains, isolated hail, and destructive winds. Imbedded within the squall were one to two waterspouts, one with a visible signature on radar, though none made landfall. The storms ushered in a continuous 'river' of moderate to heavy rain. Rain rates in some places reached up to two-thirds of an inch per hour, and at one point, 4/15th of Izolirani was in a flood advisory or flash flood warning. Widespread urban flooding occurred, and rivers and streams across Izolirani overflowed their banks. In the mountains, the snow level plummeted to around 1,800 feet, causing snow to accumulate in the high deserts and mountain passes. Very heavy snow fell at higher elevations, and some places also experienced thunderstorms with snow. The rain had weakened significantly. However, around 2:40pm, a second band of intense storms developed offshore and impacted Izolirani, prompting a very rare severe thunderstorm warning to be issued for the central coastal region. The following eight hour period, moderate showers lingered into the afternoon, and heavy mountain snow continued. One strong storm caused hail to fall on non-mountains of Izolirani, and produced thundersnow in mountains.
