On May 2, 2014, a severe blackout affected the areas of Robloxity Bay, lasting for two weeks and four days. Power was fully restored to the region on May 20, 2014. A total of 25,359 Robloxians were affected from the blackout.
Overview
On 8:32 PM, Robloxians were complaining about having their power disabled or interrupted for brief amounts of time. This repeated for quite a long time. The number of complaints eventually went up to the hundreds. The Robloxity Police Department could not do anything but send a message via text.
One hour later, a majority of the Robloxity Bay area had lost power. An estimated 8,000+ Robloxians went under this blackout. A EAS message was sent out to radio listeners on the road, or through radio.
One hour and six minutes later, every part of Robloxity Bay went under a blackout. Power began restoring to Robloxity Bay in phases, with the first phase to start on May 16, 2014 and the last phase to start on May 20, 2014. The mayor of Robloxity had to evacuate to a city outside of the Robloxity Bay area. On May 20, 2014, the mayor returned to Robloxity, where his approval ratings declined and the possibility of an impeachment trial held skyrocketed, citing "not helping his own community, even if it meant their lives". The impeachment trials began for the mayor, and the verdict was found guilty on May 22, 2014. The next day, the mayor was ousted.
