On March 8, 2002, ten members of the Roblox Health Organization went to the Armed Disease Control Center, a government-based medical and mental health facility, where they discovered over 121 bodies that had been previously underground. Prior to the discovery, numerous patients and doctors reported a bad odor coming from the back of the building, where the officers for the doctors and officers were located; despite orders from the Health Organization to investigate the cause, the Armed Disease Control Center refused and stated in several statements that the smell was caused by "poops." However, due to the volume of reports and accusations of dead bodies from doctors, numerous members were dispatched to the scene. Following the discovery, members of the Roblox Health Organization were briefed on the news by officers and doctors, who ordered a lockdown, and the FBI, 100+ other members of the organization, local police officers, and nurses from other hospitals were sent to the Armed Disease Control Center over a three-day period from March 9 to 11 to pick up all of the bodies. After ordering a lockdown, the Armed Disease Control Center remained shuttered for more than a month.
The incident sparked widespread criticism of the Armed Disease Control Center, and the discovery prompted a massive FBI investigation; during the investigation, it was revealed that the bodies dated back to 1976 or 1977, and that they had previously been "likely ranked as doctors" and had been beaten up, sexually abused, and raped numerous times privately in offices before being dug underground by over 30 officers. During the one-year timeframe, around 120 bodies were battered and dug underground. The FBI acknowledged that the doctors had apparently refused to treat the patients as "outsiders," in accordance with one of the Armed Disease Control Center's laws.
Discovery
On March 7, 2002, during a phone call with the director of the Armed Disease Control Center, Gabriel Williamson, the director of the Danielle Mullins Roblox Health Organization discussed going to the site and discovering the smell that had been affecting the back of the building since November 2001. Gabriel approved the transaction and directed that just a "very few selected" members of their group be allowed to participate. Over ten individuals were chosen for the position the night before the scheduled arrival, including Kian Owen, Spencer Ellis, Aidan Jenkins, Theo Wood, Jack Thomson, Andy Craig, Colby Herman, Isaiah Chavez, Edison Levy, and Cain Lucas. By 11:00 a.m. the next day, the ten members reached the Armed Disease Control Center's front entrance, where they were given a tour before they had the opportunity to make their discovery.
The members initially thought the smell was "due to an amount of expired food," but when they were unable to find that, one of them found that the smell was coming from an underground section of a office that was covered up by metal and stones. Due to that, they asked for numerous shoves where they began digging the ground. Around 1:30 p.m., one of the members discovered a body that was covered with dust and dirt and yelled to the others, saying "Yo, yo, yo! Guys, guys, come over here right now! I found a body here!". After the others arrived, they began digging and finding more bodies. Because of what they saw, the members ordered that the doctors and officers planned a lockdown, which went into effect within 30 minutes and asked for more resources to arrive to the site. Less than forty minutes after the victims were discovered, at around 2:17 p.m., more than fifty FBI personnel arrived at the scene and dug up the remaining bodies. For the first time since 1976, all 121 reported remains were found in only five hours.
