The Monroe County stabbing took place on June 11, 1999, when Trent Allin would enter two homes and kill two whole families, as well as murder two more people, killing ten people, including a pet. He would then later commit suicide in a house two miles away from the attack location which was in Monroe County. The motive is unknown. This case was categorized as another "Goin' Sick" incident which was a term picked up by a bunch of innocent people snapping since 1986. Trent Allin had a normal life and was well known in Monroe County for being known of his immense record collection of bands and other things. He was 26 when he died. In the months following the event, he did not come out of his home. When police raided his residence, they found a continuous loop of a man's head being stomped by a heel on his screen which to theory was the reason he went sick.
The event happened at about 5:01 PM after waking up. He listened to the album "The Downward Stairwell' by Nine Centimeter Blocks which caused his madness. He woke up furious about something that possibly happened in his dream. He did not know fiction from reality. He was messed up and high on drugs at the time which was another cause. The main thing people till this day do not know is why he went mad. Some think it was drugs, some think it was the "The Downward Stairwell", while others thought it was a video he watched before the massacre and his dream. He sat down after eating a Slim Jim and watched a mans head being stomped open on a curb by a man, making five holes in the back of his head after his brains slowly leaked from his mouth. He then stomped on his head with a large force, causing his upper jaw area to fling up and stare into the camera.
He would grab a Colt 45 out of his closet and hold it up to his head. He fired the gun, but he was still alive. This made him furious, so he walked out the room with a bloody head blood drenched on the right of him and shot at his neighbors house, killing 21 year old Brenda Washer. He would enter 18 year old Jackson Jams house and shot him in the leg, sparing him. He would later call 911. At 6:10, he would re-enter his neighbors house and apparently shot the corpse of Brenda Washer five times in the stomach and kicked her in the face, causing her corpse to fall backwards and giving her skull fractures. He would recreate the video after bringing her body outside. A cop car pulled up to the the residence at about 6:19 with two cops in it. Trent Allin would throw one C4 at the car which stuck to the cop car. He exploded it before they could get out. He would enter the back of the car and get out a Spas-12 which 28 year old Mike Joes was holding in his hand. 21 year old Amanda Shin was escaping the vehicle, but was then shot in the head 5 times by Trent. He would re-enter 18 year old Jackson Jam's house and shoot him and the rest of his family in the basement.
Police Chase
At 6:34, he would steal Jackson Jam's car and drove on the highway, crashing 15 cars and injuring many Robloxians. He would then fly off a cliff, breaking his leg and arm. After shooting his feet off with a pistol, he would drive one more mile into a house while 19 police cars were following after him and one helicopter was hovering in the air. He then shot a flare gun into the air, which caused the helicopter to lose control and crash, injuring the driver but not killing him. Cops would shoot his back thrice through the back of the car. He jumped through the car window into the house of Brian Adams which stomped on him before Trent would shoot himself in the neck after splitting his arm in half. He slit one of his wrists and ripped off his finger with his mouth before dying. Brian Adams was shot by the cops after being believed to be the suspect.
Aftermath
The aftermath of the event was horrible. 24 people on the highway were injured and 2 were dead. One officer was injured and three officers were dead, with one dying on the highway. Jackson Jam's family was dead. Jackson's family included Jackson himself, their 2 daughters, and his parents. Brenda Washer was killed in her room. Therefore, the total was a 25 people injured and 10 people dead not including Trent.
The event was termed as the phrase "Goin' Sick" in the media. A game called Sicknesses was made because of the event which a player would play a crazed man who is believed to snap randomly and go outside and kill everyone called the "Sick Dude". The game was inspired by the event, but the game does not even mention the event. The game has no cops and only Robloxians. If the player wins the game, their player character would be sent to a laboratory.
