The 1994 Bloxde Plan is a plan where the government builds similar looking buildings which are huge in a certain area to solve land problems. The plan failed a few months later after protests due to taking over some land and removing some freedom in the area. The plan took place in Blorida. For thirty years, the plan was never announced.
