1978 FAFI Roblox Cup was the eleventh edition of the FAFI Roblox Cup. It was held in Bloxlivia. Matches were held in 6 stadiums.
Host selection and format
In 1966, the FAFI commitee decided that Bloxlivia would host the 1978 tournament. Initially, they had bid to host the previous edition, but eventually reached an agreement with West Romarkia, which organized the tournament in 1974. In return, Bloxlivia received their full support for the bid for the following edition four years later. Initially, Bloxico and Bloxargentina expressed interest in hosting the tournament at that time, but both ultimately withdrew. It was agreed that the tournament would be held in the same format as four years earlier.
