Special Containment Procedures:

RSCP-092 is kept in Cell 0092-A, a 10 m (35.7 studs) x 10 m (35.7 studs) x 3 m (10.7 studs) containment chamber within Armed Bio-Containment Area-##. The cell is environmentally regulated and negatively pressurized, with walls constructed of reinforced opaque sand violet metallic concrete. Access to the cell is regulated by an outer decontamination chamber and inner gas-tight steel security doors. Observation windows are constructed of laminated ballistics glass 10 cm (0.357 studs) in thickness protected by a 100kV electrified mesh. Humidity and temperature are adjusted so that the cell emulates a Marbloxian climate. Specimen is monitored at all times via security cameras with infrared filters enabled. Level 4 authorization is required to access RSCP-092, their containment areas, or the observation chambers.

The containment cell should be cleaned biweekly. While this takes place, RSCP-092 specimens will be transferred to Cell-0092-B, which has similar special containment properties of Cell-0092-A. During this time, the cell's opaque medium stone grey metal door and observation window must be inspected for damage and repaired or replaced accordingly. If the cell's opaque medium stone grey metal door is rendered corroded, it should be replaced.

Heavy sedation of RSCP-092 is required before any interaction, including transfer between cells and experimentation, may take place. See Document #092-TE4 for transfer and experimentation protocol.

Level C Hazmat gear is to be worn by personnel during interactions with RSCP-092 specimens and in any areas which RSCP-092 have been known to inhabit. Afterward, standard decontamination procedures are to be observed by all personnel involved to ensure no secondary spread of amnestic agents occurs.

Following Incident ABCA14-092-3, all non Class D personnel interacting with RSCP-092 for any length of time are required to wear two (2) water-proof electronic pulse monitors for the duration of such interaction. These pulse monitors will transmit to a wireless monitoring system independent of a facility's main power grid, with at least one backup power system on standby. Should both an individual's pulse monitors flat-line or otherwise malfunction, the wearer will be presumed dead, personnel instructed to disregard all the wearer's subsequent vocalizations, and a breach of containment declared automatically. Security personnel responding to such a breach are likewise required to wear these pulse monitors.

Additionally, RSCP-092 must be implanted with tracking devices upon capture.

Description:

RSCP-092 is an endothermic, isolated-based predator which displays a similarity to a notable breed of dog known outside of the RSCP Foundation as Doge. Doges are renowned externally of the RSCP Foundation for being dogs that can make Robloxian faces. RSCP-092 was born with laryngeal paralysis, implying that the structure of RSCP-092's larynx or voice box have been altered, causing its function to be impaired. RSCP-092 was also born with deafness. The arms, the legs, the tail, and the torso of RSCP-092 are highly textured and meshed. All of RSCP-092's body parts are made out of plastic that had originally been painted with a medium stone grey color. The torso is connected to the arms, the legs, and the tail, creating hips and shoulders. RSCP-092 is █.█ meters tall standing upright. RSCP-092's head weighs 0.14 Roblox Mass Units (approximately 3.073 kilograms). RSCP-092's arms and legs weigh approximately 0.333 Roblox Mass Units each (approximately 7.299 kilograms). RSCP-092's tail weighs approximately 0.394 Roblox Mass Units (approximately 8.644 kilograms). RSCP-092's torso weighs approximately 3.938 Roblox Mass Units (approximately 86.44 kilograms). RSCP-092 overall weighs approximately 5.801 Roblox Mass Units (approximately 127.3 kilograms). Each of its legs and arms (its four limbs) end normally. Its head is normal. The jaws of RSCP-092 are lined normally with normal teeth and are encircled normally. Its eye spots, sensitive to vehicles in a 100-stud (91.86-foot) radius, run their length normally.

In athletic clearing assessments, RSCP-092 was found able to walk at a speed of 16 studs per second (240.5 miles per day) and able to a jump at a height of 11.236 meters (36.86 feet). In the place RSCP-092 was initially contacted, it was calculated that RSCP-092 was able to jump at a height of 97.4 feet.

RSCP-092 possesses many vital organ systems; its central and peripheral nervous system, circulatory system, and digestive tract are all present. RSCP-092's respiratory system is anomalous as it serves an apparently anomalous purpose, namely spreading EXP-A000 (see below). RSCP-092 has an apparent physiological need to feed and a way to digest consumed tissue. Ingested material typically accumulates in the digestive tract of RSCP-092 and is regurgitated once the amount is sufficient to markedly inhibit its function. Despite the presence of many vital organ systems, RSCP-092 is not capable of bearing live young.

RSCP-092's primary method of luring prey is using its head to bark and wow. RSCP-092 vocalizations often are known outside as the RSCP Foundation as "barking" and "wowing"; whether RSCP-092 under Robloxian influence can learn new vocalizations is the subject of ongoing study. How RSCP-092 learned how to bark and wow despite the impairment of its larynx is not currently understood; RSCP-092 has been documented "barking and wowing" despite never hearing neighboring Doges bark and wow. Analysis of RSCP-092 vocalizations cannot distinguish between RSCP-092 and samples of known Doge barkings and wowings. The use of biometric voice-recognition security or identification systems at any installation housing RSCP-092 is strongly discouraged for this reason. Prey is usually killed while the prey is in a vehicle and is within 100 studs (91.86 feet) of the predator. First, RSCP-092's eye spots change to a black color, then to a bright red color after RSCP-092 makes what sounds like a "fast clicking" sound, according to personnel. This repeats with a +11.11 percent change in frequency, until RSCP-092's eye spots turn back to their original color after 3.983 seconds, during which it creates an explosion with blast radius of 100 studs (91.86 feet) and a blast pressure of 1,000,000 Robloxian Pressure Units. The explosion's effects can be noticed even outside of the blast radius; as any Robloxians would suddenly act as if they are scared. If left untreated, this can lead to them fainting and eventually dying.

RSCP-092 exhales minute traces of an aerosolized explosive, designated EXP-A000. EXP-A000, when exposed to fires above 422 degrees Celsius (695.15 Kelvin), reacts by creating opaque bright orange and rust fire and opaque institutional white smoke that can be extinguished non-anomalously after thirty minutes. It is colorless, odorless, and tasteless. In well-ventilated or open air environments, risk of explosions due to EXP-A000 exposed to a fire is greatly reduced but not negligible. The smell of the opaque bright orange and rust fire and the opaque institutional white smoke is typically undetectable in an environment sixty minutes following the cessation of any fire and smoke created by EXP-A000's fire exposure. EXP-A000 and the side effects of its exposure to fire is hazardous to Robloxian craniums, as reported instances of Robloxians wanting to roast EXP-A000 on an open fire is usually reported to be from environments saturated with EXP-A000 and the side effects of its exposure to fire.

Note ██-██-████: In the case when a Robloxian wants to roast EXP-A000 on an open fire, give them one amnestic substance at a time until the Robloxian no longer wants to roast EXP-A000 on an open fire. See Addendum ██-██-2035.

Addendum ██-██-2018:

In 2018, a rover on Marblox (Rars) was searching on the Marbloxian surface, until they found an animal roaming Marblox. The rover spotted bones, flesh and skin peeled off. Somehow, the bones, flesh, and skin were moving, barking, and wowing on their own. RASA found out that the creature, if assembled together, resembled a dog on Marblox. RASA Mission Control took pictures of it and compared it with every dog on Roblox. They found out it was a Doge breed. There were spacecraft materials everywhere; one spacecraft was destroyed, leaving behind two parts at the scene with the word fragments "Hima" and "layse orbital".

Himalayse Orbital CEO was asked by RASA to justify their motives. He said,

"The rover was in the landing site of where we attempted to land dogs on mars and we failed back in 2016 but we did clean some stuff up but some parts are still remaining there."

Following this, the rover continued on its journey, unimpeded.

Addendum ██-██-2023:

In 2023, another Marblox rover was searching around in a different place on Marblox until they saw that dog again. But this time, they witnessed the dog regenerate from its peeled skin, flesh, and bones before it started to bark and wow. The dog, for some reason, decided to approach the rover and then suddenly stopped, 91.86 feet from the rover, when the dog's eye spots changed colors and the dog made what sounded like a fast click, faster and faster, until the dog exploded (later experiments show that the dog is immune from its created explosion but was reverted back to an amalgamation of autonomous peeled flesh and skin and bones that would reunite if the dog is near a certain rover but not too near), taking the rover down with it. It was on Mission Control. The sound of the explosion sounded as if a rocket was shot near them, giving everyone jump scares to the Robloxians in Mission Control, fainting and later dying. The RASA Administration, who was not at the Mission Control drama scene at that time, was furious and wanted to sue Himalayas, with the punishment being "not allowed to use 3D Printers to print dogs".

Addendum ██-██-2024:

The RSCP Foundation decided to investigate, producing a log of radio traffic between capture teams during initial contact with RSCP-092 that would be released to the public domain, except to members of Robloxiapedia.

Addendum ██-██-2025:

Due to complaints from D-class personnel that the lighting is so bright that they are not able to distinguish between the bright red lights and black lights during experimentation, the standard fluorescent cell lighting would be shut off. This is sufficient to remove any confusions between the bright red and black lights produced by RSCP-092.

Addendum ██-██-2026:

Several D-class personnel with radios and teams (not affiliated with Chi-152) contacted RSCP-092 while adorning themselves with a warm, stylish, and fashionable scarf depicting a dog with a bone in its mouth. RSCP-092 acted annoyed. Interpreters said that something was bothering RSCP-092 after noting a tonal change in its barking and wowing. Security cameras with an infrared filter noted a spike in RSCP-092's facial temperature. Those D-class personnel returned back with what appeared to be paper colored like a piece of toast and crayons and started to draw a face all over the paper. RSCP-092 acted upset. Interpreters said that RSCP-092 was really not happy about something and started to feel disappointed and sad. RSCP-092's facial expression and tones (barking and wowing) show RSCP-092 is clearly upset and that RSCP-092 is no longer calm. Those D-class personnel returned back adorning themselves with a bandana painted with what appears to be a closeup of a white and black object. RSCP-092 acted frustrated. Interpreters said that RSCP-092 felt uncomfortable and gave up trying to get the D-class personnel to vacate Cell-092-A. Security cameras with an infrared filter noted another spike in RSCP-092's facial temperature and that its posture gesticulated frustration. The D-class personnel returned with a couple of stylish Doges. RSCP-092 acted angry. Interpreters said RSCP-092 felt very uncomfortable as if it suffered from pain. RSCP-092 felt the sudden urge to tell the D-class personnel what RSCP-092 feels. Doctors arrived at RSCP-092's special containment cell and noted a spike in heart rate, then rapidly vacated the special containment cell. RSCP-092's jaw also begun to tense up and its limbs also begun to clench. Finally, D-class personnel returned back and showed RSCP-092 those items:

  • A trading card depicting RSCP-092
  • A white folded book, in which D-class personnel pretended that it was a Doge tail.
  • A yellow shoulder plush in the exact form of RSCP-092.
  • A white and yellow Doge that is crying.

RSCP-092 acted furious. Interpreters said RSCP-092's mind has gone totally angry and would not stop being furious until RSCP-092 fully tells the D-class personnel what they want, to which D-class personnel got upset with RSCP-092. In response, RSCP-092 said something and did something that hurt D-class personnel, namely biting the D-class personnel's arms, causing the personnel involved to scream. Nearby personnel laughed while rolling on the standard containment facility floor. RSCP-092's facial temperature has spread to its body temperature as well. RSCP-092 was reported to bark and wow loudly while teardrops dropped from its eye spots, to which the laughter grew to a yell-like intensity. At that point, RSCP-092 was reported by the interpreters, now running away from its special containment cell to tell Level 1 personnel that RSCP-092 is starting to move to another special containment cell. The special containment facility has been evacuated as it seemed like a special containment cell breach was inevitable, while nearby civilian settlements have been evacuated on the pretense of a coming storm. Recovery teams have been deployed to the special containment facility, entering via the facility's emergency external terminator once every personnel had evacuated. Here, recovery teams fed RSCP-092 some dog food laced with Class C amnestic. RSCP-092 quickly was calmed, and recovery teams informed all personnel near a certain assembly area near the special containment facility that RSCP-092 has been calmed and can now go back to their regular assignments. Nearby civilians returned back to see the damage RSCP-092 has wrought upon their settlements after some of its prey were in vehicles and accidentally drove in the vicinity of RSCP-092. Some complex craters were created where civilian settlements would be. The Foundation has measured the average final crater diameter and depth, as well as the volume vaporized or melted and (if applicable) melt thickness of the complex craters created by RSCP-092 induced explosions and has submitted the final evaluation thesis in 2027. The final evaluation thesis would be used as a basis to construct a special routing plan for future breaches.

Following this incident, the Level 1 personnel asked the D-class personnel to show their keycards in the Level 1+ personnel main office, revealing that they were Class D personnel. They were warned as Level 4 authorization is required to access RSCP-092, their containment areas, or the observation chambers. They were then asked to return their Level 4 keycards (of which they stole prior to this addendum) to their rightful owners. Once again, they refused, so they were warned again. Finally, the personnel who owned the Level 4 keycards were called to the office. Here, the D-class personnel played a game of tug-of-war with the Level 4 personnel, and the D-class personnel won. However, every keycard involved in the "game" was snapped in half, rendering the keycards useless. The D-class personnel involved in the game were terminated, and the Level 4 personnel were given new keycards for free instead of paying a replacement fee for them, courtesy of the Level 1+ personnel main office. They were then told by the R5 council to "learn how to win at tug-and-war" to prevent further incidents like this in the near future.

Addendum ██-██-2030:

Preliminary research into EXP-A000 suggests potential for use as a general-purpose explosive. Methods of mass-producing the explosive without RSCP-092, as well as possible adverse effects, are being investigated at Explosive-Containment and Research Site-06 (formerly Bio-Containment and Research Site-06).

Addendum ██-██-2033:

EXP-A000 has been approved for use as a Class C explosive. Projected annual production at Explosive-Research Area-50 by artificial RSCP-092 respiratory tissue cultures is expected to surpass three (3) liters.

Addendum ██-██-2034-0:

Containment of RSCP-092 has been compromised following a breach at Cell-0092-A. Nearby civilian settlements have been evacuated on the pretense of a coming storm. Recovery teams have been deployed to the area.

Addendum ██-██-2034-1:

In light of Addendum ██-██-2034-0, all personal transport-related interaction with RSCP-092 is strictly forbidden. However, RSCP-092 is starting to exhale minute traces of a Class B explosive. Methods of mass-producing the explosive without RSCP-092, as well as possible adverse effects, are being investigated at Explosive-Containment and Research Site-00.

Addendum ██-██-2035:

Effective immediately, use of RSCP-092's exhalation as an explosive is suspended indefinitely. Investigations of methods of mass-producing the explosive without RSCP-092, as well as possible adverse effects, are to be closed. Explosive-Containment and Research Site-06 is to be banned from starting any future investigations of methods of mass-producing explosives. The name change has been reverted and everyone hired by the site between the calendar years of 2030 and 2035 have been fired. All of the results are per R5 Council vote 7-6 ruling. This ruling does not foreshadow anything. Personnel hired by the site between the calendar years of 2030 and 2035 may consult Incident Report EXP-A000-092, which in Appendix A, transcribes the ruling completely. Personnel impacted by the mass firing may request for further information beyond what is explicitly stated in Incident Report EXP-A000-092 and any of its appendices by contacting R5-██ at █@█.█
