Special Containment Procedures

RSCP-031-1 must be specially contained in a website owned by the Foundation. The website is to be changed every two weeks. Visitors to the Foundation-based website will be logged using internet protocol addresses. Should RSCP-031-1 start to breach special containment, the address and location of RSCP-031-3 is to be found immediately by Foundation personnel until RSCP-031-2 successfully breaches Site-14. RSCP-031-3 is to be kept away from the greenhouse where RSCP-031-2 performs its kills until RSCP-031-2 surrenders. Any attempts to create mirror sites to the Foundation site will have their site deleted from the web servers. RSCP-031-2, if caught, must be contained in a containment chamber. RSCP-031-2 does not seem to react to a person physically viewing it.

RSCP-031-2 (photo manipulated to prevent safety of Foundation personnel)

RSCP-031-1 was posted and created by RTC's Robloxian Internet page on October 27, 2012. The original writer of the article, Jonathan Nooben VII was tracked down to his apartment in Robloxity, at [REDACTED]. Blood was stained on the floor and there seemed to be signs of a struggle, and the outline of a body in blood being dragged was found in his child's room, along with a bloodied box containing a copy of the videogame Galactic Exploration. After looking through records and his computer, it was found that he had placed an order for this game and it would have arrived at his apartment at 5:32 PM on October 27, 2012. His corpse along with the whearabouts of his family and a local mailman were not found until it was tracked to a greenhouse located in a field 4 hours from the apartment. It is presumed that he and his family, along with a mailman were killed as Nooben VII had somehow created RSCP-031-1 and become a subject to it. It is not known if he was aware of the anomalous properties of his work, however it is noted that nobody in the apartment complex or at the RTC offices were aware of a murder, however a few tenants complained of a

The article, RSCP-031-1, is titled "Why your greenhouse is unsafe." and it contains a picture showing a strange creature with RTHRO-like abnormalities such as realistic limbs and has facial features. When the Foundation took hold of this anomalous image, they used a program to 'redraw' the image while blindfolded). It seems that the head is turned around. This creature is holding what is believed to be Sans, who went missing around the time. This creature is classified as RSCP-031-2 and commonly makes residence inside greenhouses, specifically small, neighborhood backyard greenhouses.

When an unblindfolded subject visits the post, which was taken down by the RTC when The Foundation specially contained the post, (although typing "Unsafe Greenhouse" or any tag related to the RTC post will still bring it up in the RTC search results ), the Robloxian instantaneously turns into RSCP-031-3 without warning. RSCP-031-2 will then find and terminate RSCP-031-3.

RSCP-031-1's anomalous properties can also be spread via other media. So far, it is known that RSCP-031-1's properties only spread on media that is owned by RTC.

Incident 031-1

On October 30th, 2012, two teenage male Robloxians, four young Robloxians, and one adult female Robloxian were watching RTC News. It would prove to be a terrible mistake, as RTC News was just discussing another reason why a greenhouse is unsafe. They thought nothing of the news article and went to buy costumes. The next day on Halloween, they were tracked down by RSCP-031-2 inside a haunted house tour. RSCP-031-2 proceeded to take the family to the greenhouse, where they were killed. RSCP-031-2 also killed other locals in the city of Brookhaven, presumed to be viewers of the previous day's broadcast, usually visiting the greenhouse. The Foundation deployed Epsilon-11 units, but RSCP-031-2 already started a mass slaughter of Robloxians who viewed yesterday's broadcast in Brookhaven on the streets. It then surrendered after Epsilon-11 blocked him from killing any more civilians, but was specially contained shortly after.

In June 14, 2013, a Robloxian male went to his cousin's greenhouse island and saw RSCP-031-2 feasting on his brother, Henry Stickman. The Robloxian male pulled out his revolver, which had only five bullets left, only to be knocked unconscious and died later that day.

Addendum

It is believed that looking at RSCP-031-2 physically will not "activate" it. However looking at the digital photo or even reading one word from RSCP-031-1 will activate RSCP-031-2.

"RSCP:F staff are to keep all websites, at ALL COSTS free of RSCP-031-1. An article could be made about RSCP-031-1 on a major news site, or god who knows, maybe even a TV broadcast and everybody is going to be [EXPUNGED]." - 05-3

"The morbidly weird thing is that it's not the body or face that turns one into RSCP-031-3. It's the article, 031-1. That's news to die for." - Dr. Marsh

Addendum 2

On February 9, 2025, a successful attempt to copy the contents of RSCP-031-1 were made. They were pasted onto a new document so D-Class could readaloud the document for scientists, however it seems like the text contents of RSCP-031-1 also seem to trigger RSCP-031-2, as it breached containment from it's temporary holding cell in Site-14 and killed D-8311 who only made it as far as reading "A new study has been made by scientists of-"
