Special Containment Procedures
RSCP-091 must be contained via Epsilon-11. If an instance of RSCP-091-1 appears, then it must be destroyed by Nu-7 or Epsilon-11 within 20 minutes or an instance of RSCP-091-2 to spawn. If failure to destroy RSCP-091-1, then XK-Class scenario evacuation protocols must be made to prevent extinction.
A RSCP Foundation-operated bot (MEEzero) is to monitor online communities for discussions regarding using a substance or a weapon that the author hypothesizes can destroy RSCP-091 instantly or permanently or both. MTF Nu-7 and Epsilon-11 may investigate these discussions and make a determination for appropriate action on a case-by-case basis.
Description
RSCP-091 is a phenomenon in which an anomalous tree (RSCP-091-1), which requires more than 20 tons of dynamite or explosives to destroy. It warps across homes and properties across Roblox every few months. If it is not destroyed within 20 minutes, then it will spawn RSCP-091-2, a large bipedal creature made out of vines and plant-like organisms will emerge from the tree branches and infect any living creature they deem is worth it to infect. They will only die if they are killed via destroying RSCP-091-1 or being destroyed directly. However, the remnants of RSCP-091-2's remains (if killed directly) will grow back even larger than before. It also can grow into soil and ground, including rock. RSCP-089's experimental super weed killer does not even work. RSCP-091-1 therefore has been approved by R5 personnel for destruction rather than special containment. Currently, there is no known substance or weapon that can destroy RSCP-091-1 permanently or instantly.
Incident 091-1/Discovery
RSCP-091-1 appeared at 5:31 AM on August 19th, 2000, in the backyard of a Bloxburg home. The father of a family of 8 witnessed RSCP-091-1 spawning in the backyard. He attempted to destroy RSCP-091-1 with a chainsaw. However, because of its hard-to-destroy property, it did not break. After 20 minutes, the father including another family member was infected with RSCP-091-2. Eventually, RSCP-091-2 instances were created, infecting the entire property including the 8 family members and 2 animals. Fortunately, RSCP-037 was administered by Epsilon-11 to the infected Robloxians and pets. However, RSCP-091-2 instances also infected the ground. After a quick interrogation, Epsilon-11 realized that the 091-1 may have been responsible for creating the 091-2 instances. After destruction, all traces of RSCP-091-2 were destroyed. The family was then given amnestics.
