I'm looking for a website that is better at removing sound effects, can someone give me a good one?

I've been looking for it and it's one of my favorites.

Just wonder I know this sound uses the klaxon and the ahooga sound effect from OMI Unverse of Sounds but what about the third one? BTW this is also a sound effect used in most Nelvana cartoons (i.e Scaredy Squirrel)

Where are these sound effects coming from they were used in Kid vs. Kat for mainly 1-2 seasons.
