This SFX is heard in Carl the Collector right after Maude says Carl's plushies may need to go in the basement. I may have identified it as Hollywoodedge, Trumpet Attacks 3 Acc AC053001 (second one), but I'm not sure. I left the video in here so you can identify it. (happens at the 01:39-01:40 timestamp.
