Apparently, Bill Weisbach was involved in an album called How, Hi Are You, by Altimeter. The album was even nominated for a Grammy, and Bill did the drums, percussion, Chapman Stick, sound design, and mastering for it. Altimeter was an alternative rock band from the 80s-90s based in the NYC-metro area. They've toured the Northeastern corridor. The album's on eBay, but I found it here on YT:
