Cyrus is my favourite beause he was unapologetically himself the entire series. She's not on the list, but I also loved Sally Langston for the exact same reason.

Yes, agreed - she deserved better.
<p>Torture is a part of Scandal, A lot of people like you may not like it; which understandable.
</p><p>There is not a lot of torture in Season 4-6 but some of it is bloody and can be difficult to watch - there are also bloody deaths and assassinations.
