The qualifier tournament will be hosted by Telamon Islands and Vista Union. It is the final stage of qualification. There will be five teams from each continent, excluding Penguinia, North and South Bloxmerica, with Bloxmania Union being assigned to the Aquaria Section. Telamon Islands and Vista Union will host the qualifiers.
